Quadmira is built and supported by ACL Studio, an independent developer based in Chennai, India. ACL Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian.
How to get help
- Email us with your site URL (for example
your-site.atlassian.net), what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. - Please do not send personal data or confidential work-item content we don't need.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days (India Standard Time, Monday to Friday). This is a target, not a guarantee; see the terms.
Security issues
Report suspected vulnerabilities to aclstudiohq@gmail.com with the subject line "SECURITY". We commit to fixing critical vulnerabilities (CVSS 9.0 or higher) within 10 days of confirming them, and other severities within the timeframes in Atlassian's Marketplace Security Bug Fix Policy. Details are on the security page.
Getting started
On some Jira sites "Space settings" is still called "Project settings".
- Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
- (Optional, project admins) Open Space settings → Apps → Quadmira settings to add team labels (for example "QA team", "Legal") and default RACI templates per work type.
- Open any work item and click the Quadmira RACI panel button. Choose exactly one Accountable, plus Responsible, Consulted and Informed from project roles or team labels.
- Open Quadmira RACI matrix in the project sidebar to see every work item, spot items with a missing Accountable or Responsible, filter with JQL and export to CSV.
Searching with JQL
| JQL | Finds |
|---|---|
raciStatus = complete |
Items with an Accountable and at least one Responsible |
raciStatus = noresponsible |
Items with an Accountable but no Responsible |
raciStatus IS EMPTY |
Items with no RACI yet |
raciAccountable = role10002 |
Items where project role 10002 is Accountable |
Removing your data
The app stores no personal data. To remove everything it stored: 1. In each project that used the app, open Space settings → Apps → Quadmira settings and click Remove all RACI data. This deletes the RACI values saved on work items and the project's team labels and templates. It keeps going until every item is cleared. 2. Uninstall the app from Jira admin → Apps → Manage apps. 3. Atlassian deletes the app's remaining Forge storage after uninstall (Atlassian keeps it for a short period first, currently about 28 days).
RACI values on work items are not removed automatically by uninstalling, so run step 1 first. If you have already uninstalled, reinstall, run step 1, then uninstall again, or email us for help.
Known limitations
- Assignees are project roles and team labels only, never individual people (by design).
- The matrix shows up to 1,000 work items per view; use JQL to narrow it.
